Research Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Coordinator to support our Research and Analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, standard mapping exercises, data analysis, and providing insights for standards development and business growth.

This role involves administration tasks such as scheduling, document management, project management support, diary management, meeting coordination, and collating information for reports and other correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and standard mapping exercises to provide insights for standards development and business growth.
  • Support the team in knowledge-sharing activities, driving research partnerships, and collaborating with external parties.
  • Manage surveys, qualitative research, and maintain research dashboards.
  • Provide administrative support for research activities, including scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain a calendar of all research activities and events.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in business, marketing or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and excellent graphic design and presentation skills.
  • High-level attention to detail, strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new tools.
