No prior experience is required as on-the-job training and support are offered to complete a qualification in Parts Interpreting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help identify and locate the correct parts for machinery and equipment.
  • Order and source parts from suppliers or warehouse stock.
  • Provide support and advice to customers and workshop staff.
  • Keep track of orders, part numbers, and stock levels.
  • Handle returns and warranty claims.
  • Assist with stocktake and maintain a tidy and well-stocked showroom.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary.
  • Organisation and attention to detail are key.
  • Proficiency in computer use (email, Excel, inventory systems) is required.
  • A current driver's licence is also preferred.
