Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a skilled Tooling Fabricator. You will be responsible for manufacturing, maintaining and repairing tooling and associated components to a high standard.

The role involves operating and maintaining tool room machinery for tool production and repair, responding quickly to tooling breakdowns to minimize production disruption, and providing support to maintenance operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture new tools and ancillary parts from technical drawings or replicate existing components.
  • Carry out repairs and modifications to a wide range of production tooling.
  • Troubleshoot tooling-related production issues and assist with breakdown recovery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in toolmaking or precision engineering.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining tool room machinery.
  • Capable of interpreting and working from technical drawings.
