Early Childhood Director Opportunity

The centre is a thriving early childhood education and care service located in the inner-west suburbs of Sydney.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/Educational Leader to lead our team and drive high-quality educational programs using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Increasing occupancy rates
  • Planning and implementing quality programs
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Collaborating with staff members
  • Maintaining resources across the centre
  • Ensuring health & safety benchmarks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Director in a high-quality education and care service
  • ACECQA recognised qualification (Degree or Diploma qualified)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership experience and skills
