Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our Childcare Centre in Sydney.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
  • Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prioritise the health and safety of all children in care.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the service.
  • Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information.
  • Ensure high quality services in consideration of the National Quality Standards and compliance with relevant Government Regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience in a Centre Director role within a childcare setting.
  • Current working with children check, current First aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
