We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill a Medical Receptionist role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including demographic data and insurance details
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member or department
  • Conduct personal interviews to obtain necessary information from patients
  • Obtain signatures on legal consents and insurance forms
  • Verify patient coverage with insurers and ensure proper classification of claims
