We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Coordinator at a prestigious & well-established Dental practice in two seperate locations - Frankston & Forest Hill VIC.
If you are an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a new challenge where you will have the support and resources to grow, then this is the role for you.
As a Dental Coordinator you will be vital to the ongoing success of the dental practice.
The objective of the Dental Coordinator is to oversee the efficient operation and coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Dental Centre whilst providing exceptional service to dentists and patients to help them to achieve high quality outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
- Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
- Assisting patients with their care/treatment information & organisation
- Fostering professional relationships with our healthcare professionals
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Booking in patients
- Administrative support
To make our shortlist, you will:
- Have previous chairside dental experience minimum 1yr
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & have good time management skills
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Dental 4 Windows experience will be highly regarded
- Cert III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential
Salary offer between $30 -$35 p/h dependant on experience.
