We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Central Coast Local Health District. As a Biomedical Specialist, you will be responsible for the calibration, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment in patient treatment areas and biomedical technical workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Provide technical advice on the correct and safe use of medical equipment to healthcare staff.
  3. Collaborate with biomedical engineers to develop and implement management plans for medical equipment.
Requirements
  1. Competent in testing, inspection, and repair of medical equipment in accordance with Australian and International standards.
  2. Extensive knowledge of work, health, and safety legislation and practices.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
