We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Expert to join our Client Reporting team in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and evolution of reporting for Institutional and Retail Clients, Consultants, and Research Houses. This role demands a blend of accuracy in data validation, excellence in customer service, and innovation in reporting processes.

In this role, you will work closely with global IT, Operational Change groups, and the Client Relationship Team to enhance reporting systems and address client inquiries effectively. You will evaluate client reporting requirements and solicit business partner insights to improve the client reporting experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Validate and manage the timeliness and accuracy of data delivery across internal reporting platforms.
  • Generate, compile, and oversee the production of investment reporting for both institutional and retail clients using in-house and external systems.
  • Work closely with global IT, Operational Change groups, and the Client Relationship Team to enhance reporting systems and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Evaluate client reporting requirements and solicit business partner insights to improve the client reporting experience.
  • Identify efficiencies and convert recurring manual reporting tasks to automated processes.

**What We Offer:**

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client reporting or a similar role within financial services.
  • Strong technical skills, including VBA, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Detailed understanding of financial instruments and the major investment markets, with a focus on both the Australian and global financial services marketplace.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly articulate with a strong ability to build relationships across investment and distribution teams.
