The role of Technical Test Lead involves overseeing the technical testing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in developing test artefacts, including writing, reviewing, and executing complex test plans and cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads technical testing efforts and ensures the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Develops and implements test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Provides expert-level guidance on testing methodologies and tools.
- Maintains and improves testing processes and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Senior Tester or Test Lead working on complex systems.
- Expertise in developing test artefacts, including writing, reviewing, and executing complex test plans and cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills interfacing with key project stakeholders.
- The ability to perform, collaborate, and deliver ICT solutions within an agile team.
