A **Federal Government Department **is looking to engage a **Performance Test Technical Specialist **to join a collaborative team contributing to the department's enterprise testing services. You will be reviewing the current Performance Testing Tool suite and the infrastructure that the toolset resides on while providing advice and support. The successful **Performance Test Technical Specialist **will secure an initial **6-month** contract with **3 x** **12-month extension** options partnered with a **rewarding daily rate**.

The successful **Performance Test Technical Specialist **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Sharing knowledge of outcomes and experience with other Tester Analysts in the section
- Providing advise on the longevity, scalability, and stability of the toolset

The successful **Performance Test Technical Specialist** will have experience in the following:

- Understanding of the toolset which includes Micro Focus, LoadRunner, and Performance Centre
- Mentoring and providing technical advice to Performance Test Analysts
- Using excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to clearly communicate verbally and orally with range of people. (management, testers, manager, engineers, etc..)
- Administering and managing activities of the toolset
