Trade Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to bring energy and expertise to our Trade Marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching new products, working closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure timely execution. Additionally, they will analyze data from Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to provide insights that inform key strategic decisions.

  • NPD: Collaborate with NAMs and brand managers to develop and implement NPD strategies, manage timelines, and procure trade samples and packaging to enhance product visibility.
  • Category Management: Liaise with external partners to maintain scan data and category performance reports, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Promax Mastery: Ensure accurate promotional plans are entered into Promax, monitor monthly trade spend, and collaborate with finance and Wipro to resolve P&L reporting at both account and brand levels.
Requirements:
  • Experience in trade marketing is highly regarded but not mandatory
  • A degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in the FMCG space, particularly in Food and Beverage
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to dive into data to uncover insights
  • Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets
  • Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium is essential
