Leadership Role

Kindikids is seeking a qualified and experienced Centre Director to lead one of our ECEC services in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving centre excellence and utilisation, while also being hands-on in areas such as education, recruitment and the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of an ECEC service – high administrative component (5 days off-the-floor)
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a large team of educators
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment for children, families and educators
  • Create long-lasting connections with the local community

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You will need to have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director at an exceeding level
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
