Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to manage day-to-day operations and ensure operational excellence of nominated sites and teams.

  • Manage daily activities and promote a safety culture towards Zero Harm, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  • Coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation such as work permits and SWMS.
  • Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with WHSE standards.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years in Operations and Maintenance of utility-scale solar or renewable projects, or equivalent transferrable experience. Electrical qualification (Diploma/degree preferred), relevant electrical license, LVR/CPR, First Aid certificates are also required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Manager
  1. Ensure operational excellence of nominated sites and teams.
  2. Manage daily activities and promote a safety culture towards Zero Harm, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
  3. Coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders, managing documentation such as work permits and SWMS.
Electrical Technician
  1. Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
  2. Develop Standard Operating Procedures, provide training, ensure safety compliance, and maintain records.
