Commercial Fit-out Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project management professional with expertise in commercial fit-out projects?

We are seeking an accomplished HVAC Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our commercial fit-out projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and on-budget completion, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful project execution.
  2. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet technical specifications and project requirements.
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain safety and quality standards.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in commercial fit-out or minor works projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project management from scope to handover.
  • Skills in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
