- Track incentives and KPIs, ensuring they are met and reported effectively.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to develop and implement advanced reporting solutions.
- Manage agency revenue tracking, providing insights into performance and opportunities.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and co-author strategies with the data team.
- Present insights and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive a customer-focused approach to delivering meaningful and usable reporting solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data governance principles, minimising risk across reporting processes.
