The role of Manager, P&C Data and Analytics is pivotal in driving strategic workforce insights and decision-making across the organisation.
This position will lead the delivery of workforce analytics and data insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational excellence, and embedding sustainable technology and people practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of a data strategy, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights by consolidating data from multiple systems and presenting it in clear, actionable formats for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance, supporting governance and privacy standards across all people data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate insights on key initiatives such as diversity, remuneration, talent, wellbeing, and recruitment.
- A tertiary qualification in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in a data-focused role within People & Culture or a similar function.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, data visualisation tools, and dashboard development.
- A proven track record in people analytics, reporting, and data governance.
- The ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
