Data Insights Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Insights Lead to drive commercial decision-making and growth with actionable insights. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, senior leadership, finance & commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Generate, maintain and continuously seek to improve a standard weekly/monthly suite of reports for the commercial team in accordance with required time frames.
  • Provide insights on sales patterns, to optimise revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to plan, prepare and validate accurate annual quota setting for sales teams in alignment with company targets and plan.
Business Growth Rebates:

Support commercial teams in development and performance of customer rebates, and support rebate accrual process in coordination with Rebates Analyst and Finance team.

Customer & Market Insights:

Utilise all available data sources and analytics tools to generate actionable data driven insights on customer sales performance, behaviours, preferences and trends.

Strategic Planning and Decision Support:

Review, analyse and present available data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support business planning and decision-making.

Create Data Visualisation Experience:

Collaborate with sales, marketing and senior leadership teams to design and develop interactive sales dashboards using modern data visualisation tools and technologies.
