Territory Manager Opportunity

As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in implementing strategic sales and marketing plans across assigned territories to achieve budgeted sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to achieve sales budgets and meet KPIs while demonstrating strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and empathy with the equine industry.

  • Develop territory business plans that grow the business through effective customer relationships and sales strategies.
  • Provide sales and product training to customers and consumers while maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and prepare reports for the sales team and leadership.
  • Recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies.
