We are seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in cost management.

The Opportunity
  • Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims with transparency and accuracy.
  • Resolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client receives the best value from works undertaken.
  • Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments, taking into account all relevant factors and variables.
  • Support nimble project management and clear decision-making through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
  • Actively participate in the tender process, from initial tender documentation through analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders.
