Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Coles Group Manufacturing.
This role involves coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes, leading and coaching team members, and managing resources to optimize production and achieve business results in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to drive accountability and create a great place to work.
- Managing resources to optimize production and minimize waste.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of food processing industry practices, including HACCP and GMP principles.
You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will be an integral part of our production team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 4-5 years experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in food or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A degree qualification in Engineering/Food Technology (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of food processing industry practices and experience in production planning, stock control, and resourcing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
