Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our PUD operations, handling all FedEx products with a major focus on domestic priority and international freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to deliver exceptional service through effective communication, leadership, and performance management.
  • Analyze operational results and take proactive measures to meet targets for service quality, cost optimization, and loss prevention.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture by implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize standard tools for reporting, measurement, and resource management to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the team.
  • Implement optimization programs to enhance service levels while managing costs.
  • Identify training needs and develop strategies for team development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of optimization processes and business fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in operational technology and tools.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and team management.
  • Professional certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • People management experience, preferably in operations.
