Our organization is a leading provider of gambling entertainment services in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the national delivery of our oncourse wagering channel.

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated managers
  • Drive commercial performance by maximizing turnover, revenue, and profitability
  • Oversee national rostering, administration, and project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity
  • Foster strong partnerships with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent customer experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in operational management, strong commercial acumen, and expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of experienced managers

• Drive commercial growth through strategic planning and execution

• Oversee budgeting, administration, and project management

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of safety and integrity

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences

Requirements:
