About This Role:

We're seeking a visionary leader to shape and deliver world-class brand experiences that elevate our presence in the beauty industry.

This role combines strategic insight with creative disruption, ensuring every experience is commercially viable, culturally relevant, and deeply integrated with our marketing, commercial, and trading strategies.

  • As a key member of our Marketing Extended Leadership Team, you will drive experiential marketing that elevates brand awareness, deepens customer engagement, and fuels acquisition across our global beauty brands.
  • You will lead the design and execution of large-scale consumer, corporate, and cultural events that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver our brand experience strategy, aligned to commercial, marketing, and customer goals.
  • Lead the development of innovative event concepts and activations that exceed customer expectations.
  • Champion creativity, storytelling, and cultural relevance, leveraging global trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life.
