Drive Culture-Led Campaigns

We're seeking a Senior Consultant to lead our integrated team in Sydney, overseeing high-performance storytelling for top automotive and tech brands. This is an exciting opportunity to shape standout work, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver results-driven campaigns.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the biggest launches: Oversee integrated activity across PR, content, social, and partnerships for high-tech vehicle releases.
  • Run client relationships: Own day-to-day client interactions, leading integrated programs and delivering polished campaigns.
  • Create impact: Coordinate flawless activations and partnerships, pulling together collaborators and specialists to bring big ideas to life.
  • Be the expert: Keep up-to-date on the evolving automotive and tech sectors, bringing proactive thinking to help clients lead the conversation.
  • Inspire your team: Manage and mentor a tight-knit team, setting high standards while fostering creative thinking and development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in PR/comms or Integrated environments with deep automotive and tech expertise.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and leading client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of the creator and content space, with the ability to work across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • A strong earned-first mindset, with excellent media contacts and a knack for telling stories that land.
  • Confidence presenting to clients and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring small teams and bringing out the best in others.
  • A cool head under pressure, juggling multiple fast-moving priorities with ease.
