Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for elevating the brand's cultural storytelling and commercial strategies across all marketing platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a cultural custodian, preserving the longevity of the brand and displaying an understanding and enthusiasm for the brand's cultural pillars.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and studio team to develop design solutions that align with company objectives.
- Lead the creative studio in creating compelling seasonal campaigns by providing art direction for photographic and video-based assets that support brand storytelling.
- Generate conceptual and idea-driven designs to communicate across a diverse mix of marketing briefs, including product and apparel, brick-and-mortar retail, events, food and beverage, and digital and online platforms.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines across different platforms.
- Apply clear and informed decision-making to contribute to the approval process for major projects on various platforms.
The position is full-time and located in Sydney, Australia. A portfolio and CV are required for consideration.
