Job Title: Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a talented visual storyteller to join our team. As a mid-weight designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact creative content for our Pay TV brands and titles.

You will work closely with creatives, producers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life with purpose and polish. Your role will involve creating original design and animation concepts, collaborating with teams to craft cohesive campaigns, and ensuring deliverables meet both creative and technical specs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong reliable drive, be a trusted team player, and thrive under tight deadlines. You will also need to have a refined eye for composition, typography, and motion timing.

About the Role:

  • Create original design and animation concepts for tentpole campaigns, brand identities, and show launches across broadcast, digital, and social.
  • Craft cohesive, audience-first campaigns by collaborating with producers, editors, and creative teams.
  • Ensure consistency while allowing for local flair and innovation by working within global brand toolkits.
  • Version and localise global assets quickly and accurately to meet campaign requirements.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative kick-offs, bringing insights into what's trending visually and culturally in entertainment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an agency, broadcast, digital or streaming environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Experience in After Effects MOGRT templates is a strong advantage.
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills to pitch, explain, and sell creative ideas.
