Job Summary

The APAC Revenue Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the analytics vision, consolidating data from six regions into a single Snowflake data warehouse and automating trusted Tableau dashboards to elevate revenue and margin.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of regional analysts, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to define data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Develop analytical models to support standardised revenue reporting across APAC.
  • Analyse regional revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing structured recommendations to the regional revenue leadership team.
  • Perform timely revenue analysis by customer, product, channel, tier, program, etc., to identify areas for improvement and ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
  • Develop compelling data visualizations, tools, and presentations to communicate insights effectively on standardized technology.
  • Prioritise a mixed backlog of tactical tickets and strategic initiatives and maintain a 12-month analytics roadmap.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all relevant systems/datasets.
  • Support the development and implementation of a robust data governance framework.
  • Partner with Revenue Leadership and Finance to create, manage, and distribute quotas.
  • Work with Revenue Leadership to develop, maintain, and distribute incentive plans aligning with the Global Revenue Analytics team.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in database design, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau skill a must).
  • Preferred experience in Snowflake.
  • Extensive experience in identifying business needs and translating into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of pricing analytics, quota setting, and incentive compensation design is preferred.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and present fact-based summaries and reports.
  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Hindi) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with expert skills in Excel.
  • Strong organisation and backlog-triage skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Capacity to lead projects and people.
