We are seeking an individual to deliver engaging lifestyle programs and lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers at our facility.

You will design and implement person-centred activities that foster joy, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging for our residents. Your leadership will also guide the team in building strong community connections, bringing in volunteers, artists, and cultural groups to enhance resident experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and lead engaging group activities and events tailored to residents' creative and social interests.
  2. Foster relationships with volunteers, artists, and cultural groups to enrich resident experiences.
  3. Mentor a team of Lifestyle Facilitators and Volunteers, ensuring they are supported, valued, and engaged.
  4. Evaluate and refine programs, ensuring they align with residents' interests and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Your Strengths:

  • Experience designing and facilitating engaging activities and events.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate volunteers and connect with residents.
  • A passion for building community engagement and fostering meaningful experiences.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate and relevant qualifications in Leisure & Lifestyle, Arts, or a related field.
