Job Description:

The Product Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in streamlining cross-disciplinary processes, bridging gaps between teams and ensuring seamless implementation of product strategies aligned with government objectives.

About the Role:

This position requires an experienced professional to support measurement of product team operations success, drive alignment across product teams, facilitate divisional planning processes and introduce product-led thinking into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of key performance indicators to measure product team operations success
  2. Drive alignment activities across product teams to foster collaboration and visibility
  3. Facilitate divisional planning processes to ensure transparent capacity and commitment management
  4. Introduce product-led thinking into various forums within the organization

Requirements:

  • Experience in a product-centric operating model with successful shipping of digital products
  • Proven track record of leading alignment activities across teams
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
  • Responsible for and contributed to more than just product development
