Product Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Lead to orchestrate the delivery of our digital products.

This is a dynamic role that requires passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences with a strong customer focus. As a Product Delivery Lead, you will formulate strategic delivery plans, facilitate prioritisation of the product backlog, and ensure effective project management practices are followed.

  • Formulate strategic delivery plans, including options analysis, risk analysis, delivery projections, and release planning.
  • Facilitate prioritisation of the product backlog and ensure upcoming sprints are groomed and organised.
  • Foster high engagement and alignment through a culture of empowerment, fun, and positive energy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and optimise delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliver high-quality products and experiences.

In addition to leading the team, you will also be responsible for distilling complex business requirements into stories and tasks for the team. Your experience and skills in using Atlassian JIRA and understanding sprint performance reports will be beneficial in this role.
