Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient workflows.

About You:

You will also need to have experience in inventory management software and warehouse management systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members, addressing any potential hazards or concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to established standards and regulations.
- Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track, document, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
