We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our Operations team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory control procedures that ensure high accuracy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes to reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and storage.
- Minimize stock write-offs, losses, and damages by utilizing best practices in inventory management.
- Utilize SAP WMS to track inventory levels and generate reports as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and implement process improvements to optimize space utilization and stock rotation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management is essential.
- A strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems is required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are a must.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and logistics is highly desirable.
