About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level professional to fill the position of Aftersales Operations Manager. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire aftersales business across multiple franchises.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in their career and lead a high-performing team. You will have autonomy to drive change, implement strategies, and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Dealership Aftersales Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or high-level Service Manager. They will possess strong business acumen, excellent mentoring and coaching skills, and the ability to hold high-level business discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire aftersales business across multiple franchises
  • Drive change and implement strategies to move the business forward
  • Lead a high-performing team and mentor staff
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current or previous experience as a Dealership Aftersales Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or high-level Service Manager

A progressive and innovative approach to leadership

Strong business and commercial acumen

Excellent mentoring and coaching skills

The ability to hold high-level business discussions
