Business Engagement and Forms Designer

We are seeking a skilled Business Engagement and Forms Designer to join our team in the Forms Development and Digitisation area. This role is responsible for collaborating with industry partners to deliver digital services, specifically web forms, across Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test artefacts and supporting data using provided specifications and perform moderately complex activities and tasks to test behaviour, functionality and integrity of systems or software under routine direction from supervisor.
  • Perform, analyse and document test results in accordance with established plans and procedures.
  • Use experience to identify and report issues and risks when conducting testing.
  • Utilise knowledge of the software, system and testing methodologies to perform software and hardware testing.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with team members and actively participate in team work and group activities.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns.
  • Interpret requirements and execute moderately complex tests, recording and reporting outcomes.
  • Resolve problems using expertise, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of the test environment in accordance with established plans and procedures.
