Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead the coordination of regional management across our organization, optimizing the delivery of Growth Servicing Investment Plans and supporting growth and liveability outcomes across Greater Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with major developers and business customers, driving investment decisions, inspiring innovation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will also provide leadership and growth opportunities that motivate and inspire a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major developers, business customers, planning authorities, and industry bodies.
  • Assess, prioritize, and allocate Major development projects and applications to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage relationships to build strategic, long-term relationships that deliver optimal infrastructure outcomes for growth and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a development servicing/infrastructure planning environment.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and implement business outcomes.
  • Understanding of business, asset, and financial processes and systems.
  • Understanding of political, market, and commercial drivers for major projects.
