We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our consumer and retail sector practice, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on employment regulatory and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise on employment regulatory and compliance activities, including Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Payroll compliance;
- Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation, process improvement, and simplification, as well as supporting adherence to employment regulatory obligations;
- Conduct employment compliance auditing and reporting, promoting business understanding of legal rights and obligations and a culture of compliance;
- Contribute to other key enterprise programs and initiatives as required, including extended workforce compliance.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in industrial relations law, with a strong focus on employment regulatory and compliance;
- Current practising certificate;
