About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Safety Management: Conduct regular safety tours to ensure compliance with CDM regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage project financial reports, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and revenues.
- Contract Management: Develop and implement contract strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Civil Works: Proven track record of delivering civil works projects from inception through to completion in the water sector.
- CDM Regulations: In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and their application in the water sector.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Experience in procurement and post-contract management, including contract strategy development and implementation.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
