Our team is seeking a charismatic and experienced Coach Tour Guide to lead guests through the stunning landscapes of North Queensland.
Job Summary:This role involves delivering exceptional guiding experiences, showcasing local culture, history, and attractions to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about the region, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging tours that cater to diverse audiences
- Convey informative and entertaining commentary, highlighting key attractions and points of interest
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and safety while driving coaches
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during unexpected events or emergencies
- Proven experience in guiding and interpreting historical and cultural sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local geography, history, and attractions
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Medium rigid licence and Drivers Authorisation/Passenger Authority
