Regional Tour Guide

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced driver guide to lead our day tours in Cairns.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the North Queensland region and be able to convey guiding and interpretive commentary while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative tours of the region's natural attractions
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Operate coaches safely and efficiently
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in emergency situations
- Demonstrate cultural knowledge and awareness
- Hold current senior first aid and CPR certification
- Possess a minimum medium rigid licence and Drivers Authorisation / Passenger Authority
