Behaviour Support Practitioner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth of our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have experience in behaviour support, holding qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field. They will be NDIS-registered and confident in supervising and supporting other practitioners.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, providing therapy and conducting functional assessments.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise junior team members.
  • Lead quality assurance and contribute to best practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NDIS-registered behaviour support practitioner (Proficient or Advanced)
  • Experience in behaviour support (at least 2 years)
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field
