About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Brand and Digital Designer to redefine how we represent and communicate intricate quantum concepts. As a key member of our design team, you'll lead the conceptualization and execution of design solutions, contributing to the evolution of our brand and setting the standard for the emerging industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the conceptualization and execution of design solutions for complex quantum concepts
  • Driving creative vision and uniting collaborating teams around a shared direction
  • Elevating the ordinary through compelling designs across brand, digital, web, and print
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles
  • Overseeing design projects and managing stakeholders
  • Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a cohesive visual language
  • Championing a culture of design excellence and mentoring fellow designers

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and digital design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in your craft
  • Expertise in translating abstract concepts into compelling design experiences
  • Strong UX/UI skills and familiarity with Webflow and HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Design Systems and mentoring design talent
