Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Groups Coordinator to manage accommodation group bookings and deliver exceptional service for our clients from enquiry to departure.

This full-time role will report into the Reservations Manager and see you working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Access to exclusive food & beverage discounts
  • Manage all accommodation group booking enquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations
  • Obtain management-approved rates for all group quotations
  • Handle all rooming lists for Conference & Events (C&E) group blocks
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in line with client requirements
  • Coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments for group bookings
  • Maintain effective communication with external clients to confirm details and requirements
  • Communicate booking details and updates to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor group booking performance and prepare reports on statistics and activity
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain accurate booking records within the property management system
