As a senior member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and representing objectives for Culinary Operations in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 200+ personnel in a commercial food service operation.
- Managing operational and service delivery activities to ensure timely flights and high-quality production.
- Overseeing all aspects of menu development, recipe accuracy, and presentation standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Mentoring and leading kitchen managers and chefs to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve complex problems and improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale food operations and leading teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and WHS protocols.
- Proficiency in PC skills and ability to work with automated systems.
