Job Title: Team Leader Laboratory Dayshift

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee the laboratory dayshift crew.

**Job Description:**

The team leader will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of laboratory workloads, maintaining quality procedures, and providing technical support to laboratory staff.

• Ensure effective communication with laboratory staff and management.

• Develop and implement efficient laboratory processes.

• Coordinate maintenance on equipment and consumables stocktake.

• Train and assess laboratory technicians in their roles.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

• Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or equivalent qualification.

• 5 years relevant industry experience or equivalent.

• Strong leadership, training, and assessment skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office programs.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
