Key Job Role

The Risk and Resilience Analyst will play a vital part in strengthening the operational resilience of our organization across key divisions. This role offers the chance to shape and steer risk strategy, driving meaningful change.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support group resilience activities, including implementing Operational Resilience Policy and maintaining oversight of Critical Operations.
  • Monitor resilience risks, controls, incidents, and actions, and maintain accurate data on Critical Operations and associated controls.
  • Support integration of technology and procurement reporting relevant to Critical Operations and analyse operational resilience data to generate insights for business leaders.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management programs, and provide guidance to Business Continuity Plan Owners and Coordinators.
  • Facilitate scenario testing and exercises, ensuring customer-centric decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience operationalising enterprise business resilience or risk management frameworks, and/or risk management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated understanding and practical experience in Business Resilience and Crisis Management.
  • Experience or working knowledge in designing and implementing Business Resilience Management frameworks.
