Job Title: Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Australia. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of our initial three Kauai stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring monthly sales, labour, food cost, and P&L reports are delivered accurately on time and within budget
  • Conducting stock take audits bi-weekly and ensuring follow-ups are conducted for unsuccessful audits within set time frames
  • Responding to and following up on all customer complaints with heartfelt service in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all stores practice correct food safety, sanitation procedures, and ensuring any repairs and maintenance are actioned for a clean and safe work environment
  • Reviewing operational records and reports of stores to project sales and determine store profitability
  • Coordinating sales and promotional activities of stores to ensure sales budgets are achieved
  • Recruiting, inducting, and training all new starters in line with Kauai standards
  • Providing support, feedback, and coaching to Managers and their teams on food product, procedures, and standards
  • Identifying, planning, implementing, and monitoring personal development of Managers
  • Submitting reviewed and accurate payroll information
About You
