Job Title: Warehouse Operative

The Role:

This is a hands-on position involving teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

  • Manage inventory levels and depot operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Process orders from head office via phone or email.
  • Receive and store 20kg seed bags in the warehouse as required.
  • Coordinate and label orders for dispatch.
  • Update the computer system with order and dispatch details.
  • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries and freight.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff about stock levels and orders.

Requirements:

  • A current forklift license with proven operating experience.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills for calculating inventory levels.
  • The ability to follow directions and adhere to health and safety standards.
