Community Outreach Coordinator

This role is part of a dedicated team, responsible for fostering relationships and collaborations with diverse stakeholders.

The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of community engagement initiatives, managing partnerships, projects, sponsorships, and events that deliver outstanding impact for audiences, communities, partners, and teams.

  • Coordination and administration of all partnership, project, sponsorship, and community outreach deliverables
  • Managing and coordinating external partnerships
  • Coordinating internal teams to support community outreach activities
  • Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation
  • Organizing travel and diary management
  • Attending events and activations to provide on-site support when necessary.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
