We seek a seasoned Corporate Development professional to spearhead growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships for our organization.


About the Opportunity:

Our organization is poised at the forefront of Australia's energy transition, combining traditional mining with large-scale renewable energy initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive team to identify and evaluate new opportunities that align with our business strategy.
  • Develop and manage investor materials, supporting equity and debt funding initiatives that foster growth and development.
  • Contribute to special projects across the organization, including corporate treasury and internal teams, to drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and commercial judgment skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
